Early Years Practitioner
Full time - Permanent

                                                                                                    
Our recently graded outstanding nursery currently has a vacancy for an inspiring and talented Early Years Practitioner, to provide high quality care and learning opportunities for children aged from 3 months to 5 years old in both our Nest and Hive areas. You will be enthusiastic, have great interpersonal skills, enjoy working as part of a team and want the very best for our children.

Our belief is that children thrive when they are consistently happy and safe at school. Whatever a child’s background or starting point, we believe that every child can achieve. 
 
We value the continuing professional development of all our staff.  The ability to demonstrate natural initiatives, to be flexible and to work as part of a team, are all essential skills required for the role.
 

∞ Applicants will need to hold at least a relevant Level 3 Childcare related qualification
or be willing to work towards this as an Assistant. ∞

The Centre is open from 7.45am – 6.00pm, Monday to Friday.  Hours of work will be on a shift basis to cover these opening hours. The Centre closes for the period between Christmas Day and New Year.
 
This post is 37 hours per week, 52 weeks a year with a starting salary of £16,209
if appointed on a C grade as a Practitioner

Visits to the Centre prior to application are encouraged.  Our children are our best advert. Interviews are scheduled for week commencing 5th March 2018 with a view to start as soon as possible.
